Define an observable rule

A profitable rule-breaking trade is still a rule-breaking trade. Tag the behavior independently from P&L so that a lucky win does not reward the mistake. A journal should show both views.
Close the loop
Choose one corrective action per weekly review. For example, reduce position size after a second loss or require a checklist before the next order. Review whether violations decreased over a meaningful sample.
